1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and OrderIntake (“OrderIntake,” “we,” “us”) governing use of https://orderintake.ai and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, submitting a prospect form, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Protected health information
The Service is designed for receiving care providers that handle physician orders. You are the covered entity or business associate for PHI you submit. We act as a business associate once a BAA is in place. Do not send real PHI until BAAs with OrderIntake and each subprocessors listed in the go-live checklist are signed.
3. Accounts and tenants
Super-admins provision isolated tenant databases. Tenant-admins may invite users whose email domain matches the provisioned company domain. You are responsible for access you grant, API keys you create, and SSO configuration.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access another tenant’s data, probe intake endpoints you were not given, or use the Service to store information unrelated to order intake. Automated testing against a demo tenant is permitted.
5. Fees
Starter is $0/month up to 10 orders, Growth $1,000/month up to 100 orders, Scale $5,000/month above 100 orders. Stripe processes payment when live billing is enabled. Unused future months are not refunded except as required by law.
6. Disclaimer
Hosted OCR and mapping assist staff; they do not replace clinical judgment. You must review flagged orders before acting on them. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
